Cancellations
At The Extension Bar, I’m here to make sure you’re fully taken care of. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just send me a message via email or Instagram - I’m always happy to help!
Late Arrivals
I totally understand that life gets busy, and sometimes running late happens! If you think you’ll be delayed, just send me a quick email or DM to let me know.
Please note, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be reopened or offered to another client.
